Information You May Provide

The application may allow you to enter information such as full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, product selections, shopping cart information, favourite products, and order details and history.

This information is used only to provide the requested application features, including saving your profile, preparing orders, displaying order history, and supporting Cash on Delivery orders.

Local Data Storage

JS Collection Center primarily stores application data locally on your device using Android local storage technologies such as SharedPreferences, including profile details, favourite products, shopping cart contents, delivery information, order records and preferences.

This information is not automatically uploaded to an external server operated by JS Collection Center. Removing the application or clearing its data may permanently delete locally stored information.

Orders and Delivery Information

When placing a Cash on Delivery order, you may be asked to provide a valid phone number and delivery address, required to prepare and process your requested delivery.

The application does not request or store debit card, credit card, online banking, wallet, or payment gateway credentials, and does not process online payments inside the app.

Internet Access

The application may use an internet connection to load product photographs, display externally hosted images, open email applications for support, and access relevant application content.

Third-party image-hosting services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address when images are loaded, handled according to their own privacy policies.

Information We Do Not Collect

The application does not require users to create an online account.

Analytics and Tracking

The application does not use third-party analytics tools to track user behaviour. We do not track users across other applications or websites, build advertising profiles, sell personal information, deliver personalised advertisements, or share user information with advertising companies.

Advertising

JS Collection Center does not contain third-party advertising SDKs or behavioural advertising services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may only be shared when it is necessary to complete a requested order or delivery, when you voluntarily send information through your email application, when disclosure is legally required, or when necessary to protect users, the application, or legal rights.

Only the minimum information necessary for the relevant purpose should be used.

Email Communication

The application may allow you to contact support using an external email application. When you choose to send an email, the information you include is processed by your email provider under its own privacy policy and terms.

JS Collection Center does not automatically send emails without your action.

Data Retention

Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it from the application, clear the application's storage, uninstall the application, or the information is replaced by newer application data.

Information voluntarily sent through email may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the application. However, no electronic storage method, mobile device, or internet transmission method is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your device protected through appropriate security measures such as a screen lock, password, PIN, or biometric protection.

You may review or update profile information from within the application where this feature is available. You may remove locally stored information by clearing individual information inside the application, clearing the application's data from Android settings, or uninstalling the application.

Children's Privacy

JS Collection Center is a general shopping application and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information should contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

The application may display content or images hosted by third-party services, and may open external applications such as an email client.

JS Collection Center is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or security of third-party services.

Application Permissions

The application only requests permissions necessary for its normal operation. Internet access may be used to load online product images. The application does not request unnecessary access to sensitive device information.
